1. INTRODUCTION
Fiberweb Geosynthetics Limited, a PGI business, ("Fiberweb", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy (together with our Terms and Conditions) applies to our website under the domain name www.terram.com (the "Website"). It explains how we comply with the European Union data protection requirements and sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. 

For your protection we are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 (the "Act") and have made all appropriate notifications to the Information Commissioner. For the purpose of the Act, the data controller is Fiberweb Geosynthetics Limited, a PGI business, of Forsyth House, 211-217 Lower Richmond Road, London, TW9 4LN. 

2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
We may collect and process the following data about you:

Links to third party websites on the Website are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you leave the Website. We have not reviewed all of these third party websites and do not control and are not responsible for these websites or the protection and privacy of any information you may provide when visiting such websites. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to the Website, you do so entirely at your own risk. The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. You may request details of personal information we hold about you by writing to the address set out in paragraph12. A small fee not exceeding £10 may be charged to cover our costs in providing you with these details.

If you believe that any information we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to us to the address set out in paragraph12. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

11. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Any changes we may make to this Privacy Policy will be posted on the Website.
